I want to thank you for your program on insomnia. For years I fought this problem and tried every method suggested to get to sleep at night. Nothing seemed to work for me until I tried Jonathan's program. His soothing, relaxing voice has virtually eliminatd my problem! I am sleeping better now than I have in many years. Whenever I wake up at night, I just trun on the player by my bed and drift off into sleep again within a few minutes.

I must have listened to CDs one through six at least fifteen times and have done the meditations even more. The guilt is almost all gone; My confidence and self-esteem has been restored; I have made miraculous improvements in controlling my tempter, and I'm much more patieint than I have ever been before. I am at peace with myself and I feel that people are picking up on my new loving attitude and they are responding very favorably.
